Audit Process

  1. How long does the audit process take?
Audit timelines vary by project size and complexity, and generally take a few weeks. Repeating output audits are usually quicker than facility or combined audits, and the total time depends on the number of revisions required and the availability of the verification body.

  2. What happens after I submit an audit package?
The audit package is usually first reviewed for completeness and consistency by the issuing authority, then forwarded to the verification body for audit. Any required revisions will be requested before final approval.

Data Management

  1. Troubleshooting data uploads
Ensure your files meet the accepted formats, are properly named, and that required fields in templates or documents are filled; re-upload if errors occur.

  2. How do I ensure my evidence and documents are complete before submission?
Perform a consistency check across all documents, expected values, and supporting files to verify alignment and completeness before submitting your audit package. See performing a consistency check for further details.

Reporting & Credits

  1. When will I see credits issued after audit approval?
Credits are issued once the audit is fully approved and finalized; timing may vary depending on the issuing authority body.

  2. How do I access the Outcome Verification Report?
